Who is eligible for a Tell-Pass?
Individual guests staying for at least 2 nights. Booking directly through hotel MONOPOL website is mandatory. Guests booking through an external online-booking platform (booking.com, HRS, expedia, etc.) are not eligible. Moreover, guests forming part of a group or business guests, including those attending conventions, trade fairs, etc. are not eligible.
